Nothing contained on this Website should be interpreted as a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of any legal matter.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
The information contained on this Website is provided solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice, legal services, legal opinions, or a substitute for obtaining legal advice from a qualified attorney.
No user should act or refrain from acting based upon information contained on this Website without first obtaining legal advice regarding their specific facts and circumstances.
Use of this Website does not create any duty on the part of the Firm to provide legal advice, investigate a matter, monitor deadlines, preserve claims, or undertake representation.
Viewing this Website, communicating with the Firm, submitting information through a contact form, intake questionnaire, scheduling tool, chat feature, email, text message, social media platform, telephone call, videoconference, Legal Strategy Session, consultation, or other communication channel does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is established only after:
The Firm reserves the right to decline representation for any lawful reason.
For marketing, advertising, scheduling, and client convenience purposes, the Firm may refer to introductory appointments, intake meetings, case evaluations, screening calls, or initial discussions as “consultations.”
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Firm, any complimentary, free, promotional, introductory, or unpaid consultation shall be deemed a Legal Strategy Session (“LSS”).
The purpose of an LSS is to:
An LSS is primarily evaluative and informational in nature and is not intended to constitute a comprehensive legal consultation, legal opinion, legal strategy memorandum, document review, legal analysis, or legal advice regarding all aspects of a matter.
Depending upon the nature and complexity of the matter, the Firm may recommend a separate paid consultation, legal strategy analysis, legal opinion, document review, case assessment, or other legal service.
A paid consultation may include legal analysis, legal opinions, strategic recommendations, document review, legal research, or other legal services as defined by the Firm.
Participation in an LSS, scheduling a consultation, submitting information to the Firm, or paying for a consultation does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship or obligate the Firm to undertake representation.
Individuals who contact the Firm for the purpose of seeking legal representation may be considered prospective clients under applicable law and professional responsibility rules.
Submission of information to the Firm does not obligate the Firm to accept representation.
Prospective clients should not assume that the Firm has agreed to represent them unless and until all requirements for formation of an attorney-client relationship have been satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, limit, or impair any rights or protections that may apply to prospective clients under applicable law.
Legal matters frequently involve statutes of limitation, filing deadlines, court appearances, hearing dates, immigration deadlines, administrative deadlines, appeal deadlines, notice requirements, and other time-sensitive obligations.
Until the Firm has agreed in writing to undertake representation and all conditions necessary to establish an attorney-client relationship have been satisfied, you remain solely responsible for protecting your rights and meeting all applicable deadlines.
The Firm has no obligation to investigate, preserve, prosecute, defend, file, appeal, monitor, or otherwise take action regarding any matter unless and until representation has been formally accepted.
The Firm has no obligation to investigate, review, preserve, monitor, or follow up on every inquiry, submission, consultation request, or Legal Strategy Session request.
The Firm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, ignore, close, archive, or discontinue review of inquiries or submissions that are incomplete, inaccurate, outside the Firm’s practice areas, present conflicts of interest, or are otherwise unsuitable for representation.
Submission of information does not guarantee that the Firm will contact you, evaluate your matter, schedule a consultation, or offer representation.
The Website may permit users to submit information through contact forms, intake questionnaires, scheduling tools, chat features, email, text messages, or other communication methods.
Such communications are intended solely to facilitate evaluation of a potential matter.
Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for the Firm to evaluate a potential representation.
Although the Firm endeavors to safeguard information submitted through its systems, electronic communications may be subject to interruption, interception, technical failures, delays, unauthorized access, or security breaches.

The Firm reserves the right to determine the appropriate staffing, assignment, supervision, and delegation of work for any matter.
Not all legal services will necessarily be performed by the same attorney who conducts an initial consultation, Legal Strategy Session, intake review, or client communication.
By submitting information to the Firm, scheduling a Legal Strategy Session, requesting a consultation, or otherwise communicating with the Firm, you authorize the Firm to share information reasonably necessary to evaluate, staff, consult on, manage, or provide legal services in connection with a matter.
Such information may be shared with:
